  • Ideal candidates possess knowledge and at least 2 years’ experience in the Construction Industry operating and maintaining machinery. Machinery included but not limited to excavators, dozers, loaders, rollers, scrapers, sweeper, skid steers.

    Must be motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation.

    Communication and ability to work in a team setting and/or individually is a must!

    Individuals must provide excellent customer service skills.

    Job hours will vary. Some evening and weekend work required. Must be able to work overtime when required.

    Wage dependent upon experience and qualifications.

    Requirements:

    Must be at least 18 years of age to apply with a high school diploma or equivalent.

    Must possess a valid driver’s License .

    Construction Experience/Knowledge required

    Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environment.

    Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

    Installation and repair of water and sewer main lines is a plus.

  • Ideal candidates will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site from start to finish. This position is a management role. The Foreman is a team leader and is responsible for leading a crew in day-to-day operations while also making sure deadlines are met and work is performed in a clean, efficient, and safe manner.

    Responsibilities include ensuring safety and compliance, performing, directing, planning, and coordinating activities related to our construction projects, reviewing documents and/or plans to ensure the project plans and specifications are met, determining labor requirements and material needs, keeping a project on schedule and in budget, communicating project milestones and progress with clients and/or Owners.

    Requirements:

    Must possess a valid driver’s License and clean driving record

    high school diploma or equivalent

    Must have a solid background in the construction and management field

    3+ years of experience in commercial construction preferred

    Proven experience as construction foreman

    Must be well organized

    Knowledge of the methods, materials and tools involved in commercial projects

    Knowledge of public safety policies and procedures

    Strong project management and communications skills

    Must possess time management skills

    Ability to read construction documents including but not limited to drawings, plans, and blueprints

    Team player with strong management skills

  • This is a hands-on position. Assist the Foreman and/or Owner in all aspects of the management of the construction project. Responsibilities include overseeing job-site inspections, communication follow-up with clients and/or customers, direction, coordination, control and completion of projects, creating and maintaining strong and effective relationships with our clients, supervising sub-contractors, handling customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, scheduling, addressing product quality issues, new product ideas, and purchasing of installation materials, enforcing safety regulations.

    Requirements:

    Must possess a valid driver’s License with a clean driving record

    high school diploma or equivalent

    3+ years of experience in commercial construction

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook

    Ability to read construction documents including but not limited to drawings, plans, and blueprints

    Must be well organized

    Team player with strong leadership skills

    Must also have the ability to work independently with no supervision

    Time management skills is a must.

  • Description:

    This is NOT an entry-level position! Lowboy driver is an hourly paid skilled position. Primary responsibilities include safely loading, securing, and moving equipment from one location to another, including to and from our job locations. This position will be a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of some weekend work required.

    Qualifications:

    -Must have valid Class A CDL's with a clean driving record.

    -Minimum 2 years' experience.

    -Must possess a DOT Medical card.

    -Ability to pass Drug Screen.

    -Must pass a background screen.

    -Ability to determine weights, heights, and widths prior to

    transporting equipment or material.

    -Must be able to operate an 18-speed manual transmission.

    -Comply with all Company, DOT, Federal, and State and Local safety

    regulations.

    -Must be able to perform pre-trip inspections which includes but is

    not limited to checking all fluids, lights, chains, binders, prior to

    starting work daily.

    -Ability to lift minimum of 50lbs.

    -Knowledge of FMCSA & USDOT safety regulations
